Basic cooking skills and meal prep. How to reduce food waste (using leftovers, freezing, planning). 

Gain an understanding of how food impacts energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Practical strategies for real-life situations, managing stress and sleep (busy weeks, social events).

Session 2 7 May - Easy Balanced Lunches

Session 3 14 May - Snacks that reduce cravings

Session 4 21 May - Simple family-friendly dinners

Session 5 28 May - Social eating + staying on track
