We have had a number of holidays in Tasmania and Tim lived there as part of his OE many years ago. Their trips have included hiring a camper, but more recently have focused on bush walking (tramping) mainly on the Overland and Three Capes tracks.
Although Tasmania has a different landscape and vegetation, the walking opportunities are not that different from here in NZ with huts and campsites. Tim has some amazing landscape photos and will go into detail about some of the main walking tracks in Tasmania.
He can suggest some potential touring routes and discuss tourist attractions worth looking at like historic penal colonies, the Gordon River cruise and Maria Island day trip.
