Workplace Communication Training
Develop the communication skills you need to succeed in the workplace and everyday life. This programme helps learners build confidence in spoken English while strengthening their ability to communicate effectively in community and professional settings across Aotearoa New Zealand.
The programme aims to:
- Equip learners with practical spoken-language skills for everyday, community, and workplace communication.
- Build confidence through guided practice, constructive feedback, and recognised achievement.
- Promote cultural understanding and respect by increasing awareness of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga Māori.
- Encourage community participation, meaningful connections, and personal leadership.
Whether you're entering the workforce, returning to employment, or looking to improve your communication skills, this programme provides a supportive environment to help you achieve your goals.
- This is a 11 week programme in term time facilitated by Heather Harries.
- Heather will run 1:1 sessions with all the learners as part of the programme on top of the group 10am-12noon session.
- Everyone will receive a Speech NZ certificate acknowledging their achievements with a Level Three equivalent accrediation available.
