Make and Mend Beginner Pattern Making and Sewing Alexandra - Term 3
Don't throw it away – learn to design, make, mend and give your garments a new life.
Turn creativity into capability as you build practical skills, share ideas and connect with others in a welcoming, hands-on workshop.
This workshop runs for 8 weeks on a Friday.
Tutors: Abi Brooke-Miller & Lesley Brown
- You are encouraged to bring along your own projects you wish to work on. Bring clothing you would like to alter, mend or upcycle.
- Value what you already have, reduce textile waste and care for your clothing with intention. Learn to design, make and mend and give garments a new life.
- Share knowledge, build connections & receive creative inspiration from the tutors.
Please Bring: If you have a sewing machine, bring this with you. There will be some there to use if you don't have one yourself.
