Important Enrolment Information
Please ensure that you complete a separate enrolment for each participant attending the course.
On-line enrolment enables you to enrol yourself and/or other participants in one or more courses
that are currently being offered. All courses require a minimum number of participants to run, so
please enrol well before the start date to avoid disappointment.
Your place on a course is not guaranteed until it is paid for. We will contact you to confirm
your registration.

Payment
Payment for the courses can be made via a number of different options: credit card payment on
this website, direct credit to Central Otago REAP’s bank account or cash/EFTPOS at the REAP
office, 14-20 Centennial Ave, Alexandra. Enrolling through our website does not guarantee a
place in the course or courses you have registered for. We will contact you to confirm your
registration. If you do not hear from us please phone the REAP office on 0800 267-327.

If a course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers a full refund will be given. If you withdraw
from a course or courses, valued at $10 and under, no refunds will be given. To qualify for a
refund for courses valued at over $10, five working days’ notice must be given before the start
date of the course. A 10% penalty will be deducted from this refund. In exceptional
circumstances a full refund may be considered. Please discuss this with the Manager of Central
Otago REAP.
