Board Member Opportunity - Central Otago REAP

We are particularly interested in candidates with skills or experience in:
· Governance
· Finance
· Commercial acumen
· People and organisational leadership

Governance experience is preferred, but we are also open to capable, community-minded people with strong professional experience, sound judgement, and strategic thinking.

About the role:
Board members help guide the strategic direction, sustainability, and long-term success of Central Otago REAP. Key priorities over the next period include growth, financial sustainability, community impact, and strengthening Central Otago REAP’s regional presence.

Commitment and term:
The Board meets around six times per year, generally in Alexandra. Some members may also serve on board sub committees. An honorarium is paid. Board members are elected for a two-year term and may be re-elected. Vacancies arising between AGMs may be filled by Board appointment until the next AGM.
