Thriving Tamariki is a strengths-based workshop for parents and whānau, highlighting what supports the healthy development of children.
Drawing on decades of scientific research, our kaiako lead rich discussions about what tamariki really need. Attendees will explore why the experiences children have in the earliest years of life are so important.

Understanding Adolescence - Helping taiohi to navigate this important time
Understanding Adolescence explores the changes happening during adolescence, in the brains, bodies and lives of taiohi.
We look at what research says can make a difference to taiohi/rangatahi wellbeing and healthy growth during this important stage of life.
This strengths-based session encourages parents and whānau to view adolescence as a time of opportunity, and affirms the role of supportive adults and relationships to help taiohi thrive.

• Adolescent development and wellbeing.

• Everyday ways to help taiohi to grow well.
• The importance of supportive adult relationships.
