Central Otago REAP is seeking a passionate education professional to join our dynamic team in a key leadership role supporting schools and early childhood services across our region. You will play a critical role in ensuring our programmes meet community needs and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for learners.
This opportunity has arisen due to our current highly valued Team Leader accepting a fantastic teaching opportunity she simply couldn’t refuse. While we are sad to see her go, we are excited to welcome a new leader to continue and build on the excellent work already in place.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Qualifications and/or leadership experience relevant to ECE or Schools
- Experience in community engagement and relationship-building at local and regional levels
- Cultural awareness and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Creative and innovative thinking, someone who thinks outside the square!
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A great sense of humour and excellent people skills
