Online Safety - Frauds and Scams - Clyde Term 4
This practical two-hour workshop with Shyla Hona-Jolley.
She will help learners feel more confident and safer when using their phones, computers and the internet.
The session will look at common scams and frauds, how to recognise the warning signs, and simple ways to protect personal information and online accounts.
Learners will explore real-life examples and have opportunities to ask questions about situations they may have encountered.
The workshop will also cover what to do when something doesn’t feel right, including how to check whether something is genuine, where to report scams, and where to go for trusted help and support.
