Join Our Team: ACE Programme Support: Part-Time/Flexible Hours/Based in Central Otago

We’re expanding our team to meet growing demand for Adult Community Education — and we’re looking for someone who’s organised, community-minded, and ready to make a difference.

This newly created role will support our ACE Team Leader by helping turn great ideas into action. You’ll be the person who makes things happen behind the scenes: setting up courses, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the ACE Team Leader by taking on key coordination tasks
  • Setting up and scheduling courses and workshops across our region
  • Communicating with tutors, venues, and learners
  • Managing logistics and ensuring everything is in place for successful delivery
  • Contributing to a small, supportive team focused on lifelong learning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Great people skills and clear communication
  • Comfortable with email, basic admin, and digital tools
  • Experience in education or community settings is a bonus
  • A genuine interest in helping others and supporting inclusive learning

This is a practical, hands-on role with real impact. You’ll be a key part of making adult and community education accessible and responsive to local needs in Alexandra, Cromwell, and surrounding areas.
