SUSTAINABILITY
The Sustainable Living Program is a locally focussed program which provides information, activities and resources which encourage groups and individuals to change the way they use resources.
The global goal is to help ensure a healthy future for our planet.
MAD4CO (Making A Difference for Central Otago) is the action arm of the sustainable living program. MAD4CO combines action with learning opportunities. MAD4CO won the 2009 Community action for World Environment Day award for outstanding efforts in inspire their community to participate in environmental activities to celebrate World Environment Day.
