Bernice
was employed as the Community Education Facilitator in October
1997 and became the Manager in 1998. Bernice believes REAP
has a vital role in the Central Otago area in providing activities
that enhance the educational opportunities available to the
rural community.

Jean Sims - Careers & Early Childhood Coordinator
Jean’s
degree major is in education. She has worked in the rural
education field for the last 20 years, currently as the Early
Childhood coordinator and Careers facilitator for Central
Otago REAP.

| Kathi McLean - Art's Coordinator &
School Liaison
Kathi
coordinates both the School and Arts programmes for Central
Otago REAP. She has a strong interest in meeting the learning
needs of rural people. This position is balanced by her interest
in the arts – she is active in creating opportunities
for rural people in all art disciplines.

Jo McArthur - Upper Clutha Coordinator
Jo
McArthur is based in Wanaka and works part-time for C.O. REAP.
Her role as the Upper Clutha Education coordinator includes
working within the areas of early childhood, and adult and
community education.
