COREAP IN THE COMMUNITY
Adult and Community Education (ACE) programmes aim to provide life long learning opportunities within our rural community.
The Tertiary Education Commission funds programmes related to
- targeting learners whose initial learning was not successful
- raising foundation skills
- strengthening social cohesion
This includes our literacy and numeracy programmes, Te Reo language and a range of programmes where literacy is embedded.
Central Otago REAP provides a range of ACE programmes to meet local needs. These programmes are cost recovery.
